He is currently a senior engineer at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. He graduated from Northwest A&F University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree, and received his master's degree from Lanzhou University in 2012. He worked at Tsinghua University in 2012 and joined SIAT in 2013.As Director of Division of Rodent Research,Shenzhen Brain Science Infrastructure,he is responsible for the daily operation management of division, the research and standardization of key technologies of laboratory animals and disease model animals, and has accumulated extremely rich experience in the facilities management and laboratory animal technologies.

He hosted and participated in 12 research projects,including enterprises joint laboratory projects, Broad Institute cooperation projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, etc, published 11 articles, applied for 23 Chinese patents and 8 PCT patents. Led the design, construction and management of laboratory animal facilities, with a total construction area of over 20,000 m2, and built the first automated cleaning and inter-floor material transportation linkage system in China. Serves as a Council Member of the Guangdong Association for Laboratory Animal Science and a member of the Disease Model Branch of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association.
