李志成,研究员,博士生导师。国家重点研发计划首席科学家、科技部青年科学家,广东省级人才。医学成像科学与技术系统重点实验室研究员。聚焦脑肿瘤多尺度解析与诊疗应用研究,致力于以计算方法解决肿瘤生物医学问题、开拓肿瘤精准诊疗新途径。
围绕复杂异质性肿瘤的精准分型和诊疗应用问题,提出了影像-病理-基因融合解析理论和计算方法,绘制了脑胶质瘤多尺度全貌图谱,揭示了组织、细胞、分子跨尺度关联机制;发现了胶质瘤多尺度整合新亚型和新靶点,实现了胶质瘤分型-诊断-治疗-预后评估的全过程智能诊疗技术突破,为脑肿瘤开拓了多尺度融合诊疗新途径;研制了具有自主知识产权的时空谱高分辨活体结构-功能成像仪器,为肿瘤新机制规律发现和诊疗效果检验提供了科研工具。以一作和通讯作者发表论文60余篇,包括Nat Com, Radiology, IEEE系列汇刊等,含4篇ESI高被引、1篇入选2021中国脑胶质瘤研究进展。已授权发明专利20余项。主持国家重点研发计划项目-重大科学仪器专项、国自然联合基金重点项目、科技部863青年科学家、科学院B类先导专项课题、深圳市基础研究重点项目等科技计划12项。中科院青年创新促进会会员。研发的胶质瘤病理-分子整合分型和诊断技术已开展大规模临床评测,专利技术转移至国内头部企业。获中国图象图形学学会自然科学二等奖、吴文俊人工智能技术发明二等奖。担任European Radiology、Translational Oncology、Displays编委。担任中国图象图形学学会医学影像专委会秘书长。中国生物医学工程学会医学图像信息与控制分会委员。广东省医学会医学人工智能分会首届委员。深圳市医学会肿瘤影像和大数据分会副主委。
